Karim Baggili is a self-taught guitar player from Belgium. He was born in 1976 and began at the age of 16 with the electric guitar. When he was 20, he discovered the Flamenco guitar and started to work and compose a lot for himself. He has also composed several pieces for orchestra, plays, dramatic works and for other world music cds. In 2000 he won the first price of the Open String Guitar Competition.
