The New Yorker guitarist and vocalist Diane Ponzio has been touring for many years around the world with her songs and acoustic guitar. Her concerts are exceptionally intensive and expressive; her music could be described as “jazzy acoustic folk.” For the little tales she tells, she finds clear melodic structures, the charismatic stage performance is borne by a grooving, percussive guitar and a jazzy-phrased soul-filled voice.
